What this job is
You reply to popular anime-art posts on X from our account, manually, with a short friendly comment and (when provided) one attached image. Each reply puts our account in front of an audience that already loves this content. Quality and consistency matter far more than volume. Expect 45 to 60 minutes per day.
Daily routine
1. Open the VA queue. Each card shows a source post, its engagement score, a reply draft box, and sometimes an attached approved image.
2. Triage first, 10 minutes. Skip a candidate (button: Record skip) when the post is older than about 2 days (reason: stale), off-topic for us (not_relevant), the thread is hostile or the content is borderline (unsafe_context), we already replied to this author today (duplicate), or the reply needs an image we do not have (no_suitable_asset). Skipping is good work, not failure; it keeps the queue honest.
3. Reply session, 30 to 40 minutes, 8 to 12 replies. For each candidate you keep: click "Open source post in X", read the post and the top replies so you understand the conversation, write 1 to 2 original sentences in the draft box, click Save preparation, then post the reply manually on X (attach the provided image there if one is shown on the card), copy the URL of YOUR posted reply, paste it into the result field, and click Record manual post.
4. Close out, 5 minutes. Enter your minutes on each card you worked. If you noticed we lack images for a popular character, mention it in your end-of-day note to the owner.
How to write a good reply
Sound like a fan among fans, never like an advertiser. React to something specific in their post: the character, the pose, the series moment. One or two sentences maximum. If an image is attached to the card, make the text relate to it ("She deserves the spotlight this week, here is my take on her"). Vary your wording every single time; never reuse a sentence between replies. Emoji: at most one, and only when natural. Never mention or link our Patreon, never paste any link into a reply, and never ask people to follow us. Our profile and pinned post do the selling; your reply only earns the profile click.
Hard rules, non-negotiable
Post only by hand from the normal X website or app while signed into our account. Never use any automation tool, scheduler, or browser extension to post. Maximum 12 replies per day, spaced across your session, never rapid-fire. Never reply to the same author more than twice in one day. Never post images that are not from the approved queue cards. Never engage in arguments; if a reply of yours attracts hostility, do not respond, just note it for the owner. Never follow/unfollow in bulk, never send DMs on our behalf, never like more than a handful of posts per session. If you are ever unsure whether something is safe to post, skip it and ask. A skipped opportunity costs nothing; a suspended account costs everything.
What the numbers mean
Each card's score reflects how much engagement the source post earned; higher score means a bigger audience will see good replies. Your recorded outcomes feed the weekly report the owner reviews: replies posted, clicks earned, and followers gained. You are never judged on clicks alone; a week of well-chosen skips and 40 quality replies is a good week.
